Refund Conditions
At My Catalyst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the product. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for items that have been opened or consumed, unless there is a quality issue.
